Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for paid services within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the educational content or attended more than one consultation session.

2. Refund Request Process

• Contact us at info@beamorganic.world within 14 days of purchase
• Provide your order number and reason for refund request
• We will review and respond within 5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Free resources and template packs
• Services with more than 25% content accessed or content delivered
• Consultations beyond first session
• Annual memberships after first month access

4. Cancellation Policy

Consultations: Must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session cost.

Programmes: Can be cancelled within first 14 days for pro-rata refund. After that, no refunds for remaining sessions.

5. Exceptions

No refunds if: you misuse the service, content is accessed for purposes outside our educational scope, or service is provided as agreed.

6. Disputes

If you're unsatisfied, contact us first. We aim to resolve issues amicably. Formal disputes follow our Terms of Use.

7. Consumer Rights

Under UK Consumer Rights Act, you may have additional rights. This policy does not remove statutory consumer protections.
